I kicked off my career working as an architecture student at Architects EAT, where I realised how important design problem-solving is. After graduating, things got exciting when I landed a gig at Studio Moren in London, working on a range of fascinating projects, from fancy hotels to social housing. While designing social housing I discovered the importance of talking to users to understand their pain-points and needs within the architectural realm. On my way back to Melbourne, I joined the crew at Carr Design, focusing on some very beautiful residential developments.

Driven by my fascination of fusing design and tech, I ventured into product design and Australia Post gave me my first shot as a UX designer, and what a journey that was!, I dived into some amazing projects where our main target was all about creating a customer-first culture. Here I managed and lead a rolling research program where I encouraged different product teams to understand the power UX research. This program helped many different AusPost products to get valuable insights that would inform future product iterations.
